aiya... i just came back from best. more or less decided on LCD then i see your post....

 

i know pioneer had the best plasma, but not disconnected already leh.

 

your plasma hot or not? 50" you not dizzy when playing ps3?

 

i went to best to see plasma, lcd, led. only lcd get matt screen so not so much glare. actually all tv got reflections. is your glare bad?

 

bro, i used to play on my plasma 42". then moved to the LCD 32" in my bedroom. no difference lah.

 

personally, just buy the cheapest lah. the cheaper one allows you to change to a new one faster. the price of new tech is seldom worth the performance provided. I bought the plasma 5 years ago, its ridiculous that with the same money, i can buy 6 better plasmas today.

heh, between plasma or LCD, i take the LCD, not so warm, next time use as a huge-ass computer monitor wont feel the heat haha.

 

colours maybe not as vibrant, but these things you wont notice unless you put them side by side. otherwise, the difference in the viewing experience is practically zero.

Plasma recommended only if you get 40" and above. Mine has heat but only if go near. Big screen good for playing games like BC2, small movement from far also can see

 

I don't have much glare problem even during daytime, actually depends on where your place the tv lah.
