the main advantage of Iphone over all other phone is the application that were developed around it...where can you find a hotel with Iphone charging and iphone audio plug in connection....i stayed in a hotel in France with that Iphone feature....so in these aspec...no other phone can compete with Iphone.....if you look at it from just a phone point of view, sure you can get many phone with added feature but the development around Iphone is simply super...even car audio is building it platform around it......that's my take...for sure we are not fan for the seek of being a iphone fan....

When I turn my phone around, I am not sure whether the other party see what I want them to see. I did it before and I have to guess what the other party see.

Just tested Galaxy S (few seconds nia) bought over by my supplier.

 

the main thing that Ipone win over Galaxy S is the touch screen. Iphone touch screen more sensitive comparatively.

but that can be get used to.

u try htc desire liao? multitask wit 15apps on wit no lag. my jb iphone wit multitask, lag like sh|t when i open a few apps only.

u try andriod market? it has less apps, but whatever i need , i can find... the only thing i not happy wit the market is games section, not much choice.

how much does a travel charger cost? how much does a car adapter cost?

good thread for me to dig at the iphone. This's the phone which made me lose interest in it the quickest, notwithstanding the apps. The interface is boring (some may find the soimplicity elegant), the touchscreen un predictable (this one may be due to my inexperience), the auto-rotation ultra irritating (how to switch off arghh...), the text input unwieldy etc. But got to say the wifi is seamlessly integrated, good job there.

I tried Android already, and I'm very disappointed.

 

Somehow, the feedback and smoothness of UI and touch interface is not as good. And the software support is not good enough.

 

No worries, I'm actually rooting for Android. I'm actually very disappointed that I cannot make a switch to Android yet. But I'm hoping the iPhone 4 would be my last iPhone. I've had enough of Apple dictating what I can and cannot put in my phone.

 

I believe Android's app variety and software will improve vastly after a year. So that's when I'm switching. Meanwhile, I cannot do without my apps. I need them for my day to day financial news, and daily functions.

ummmm.... should someone sue apple for such practice?.... why am i forced to buy my car with "that" in since i dont own an iphone?.... shouldn't that be an option in the first place?... aka.. sue micro$oft for compulsory inclusion of IE4 with window os if my memory is not failing..................

 

 

first thing...i don't Apple force those car maker to build their audio platform based on Iphone and Ipod....just that they have a mass market so it worst to build on that....BTW...i don't work for apple...just my view

Don't bother switching to the iphone 4. Most of the apps that you have now will look bad (at best) until they get upgraded to suit the new resolution.

For smart phone, i will think its safer to get it after 1/2 a year. let the IT geeks iron out all the problem for us.
