You were referring to the iPhone 3G.

iPhone 4 specs are much superior to Galaxy S.

iPhone 4

Samsung S

960-by-640 resolution

800-by-400 resolution

GPS

none

Accelerometer

none

3-axis gyro

none

You are selective in showing only those that iPhone 4 has and the Samsung Galaxy S doesn't. It doesn't paint the true picture. What about other features that the Galaxy S has and the iPhone 4 doesn't? This way, your post is slanted towards iPhone 4 and gives people a wrong impression that it is superior.

Will the future iPhones be pricier? After Foxconn raise the salaries of their poor china workers by 67% (!!!)

http://www.todayonline.com/Business/EDC100...ff-get-67-raise

Recently, Honda components manufacturer in China also offered 24% wage rise to stop a strike... http://sg.finance.yahoo.com/news/Honda-str...802780.html?x=0

I think now china manufacturing workers, long underpaid, are finally starting to "stand up" and products made there will not be so dirt-cheap anymore.

To set the record right. US$199.00 for 16GB is for 2 years plan with their Telcom.

okie noted.... hmmm so SJ kind of "dictact" the price with the telco???........... thought when he announced at trade show, the selling price is for the phone without any contract one..... how much the telco want to sell is their biz....... okie anyway..... shall wait and see our own telco pricing...... but they facing competition from the like of Samsung and HTC....

I heard that Apple dictate what price to sell at the telcom and for which plan.

Much like Oakly dictates the selling price of their glasses.

I thought about the above, but I am afraid the postal guys may steal it (since they will know it is an ipad as they need the invoice to calculate GST) and then declare item lost later.
