I was hoping for a 4 inch screen.

 

Disappointed.

 

No doubt it'll still sell like hot cakes. But I really want a bigger screen after seeing the htc hd2

Within days after the launch......DHL/UPS will stock up the shelves of SimLim and Luckies with the Iphone4

 

But I think the $99 3GS will be worth to buy.

So I suppose till now to the new iphone release.....not many people will want to get the old iphone.....so there will surely be lelong lelong sales this weekends.

quite a lot of current iphone users not even 1 year into their new contract,

unless the telcos dangle massive incentive to upgrade, dun think will sell TOO hot.

Still its an apple, will have their fans........

That is the whole point of launching at this time.

 

Current iphone users cannot upgrade, so remain as iphone users.

Plus new users join in.

Then iphone user base will increase, making it more attractive for apps developers to make apps which will in turn attract more new users.... and before long, u see NEWER iphone come out.... and round it goes.

The Galaxy is huge compared to the Iphone. The biggest draw for me is the apps. Iphone apps is huge compared to other smartphones. Think I will finally make the switch to Iphone 4GS after delaying for so long...
