Vhtfhwlego Supercharged August 24, 2010 Share August 24, 2010 hit him? why go against ur own insurance. such case 50-50 and not forgetting injuries and vehicle downtime. talk is always easy. My friend went on green and a lady driver beats red. Crashed and TP came. Women driver was apologizing to my friend and said, sorry, I didn't see you. My friend scolded her and when TP is by their side, my friend insist TP to take her statement. TP replied, since no one is hurt, I wouldn't take statement. Later, her huddy came and asked my friend, why did you beat the lights???? Friend's car total lost and had to buy another one. But with the current HIGH COE? Not worth to buy a car.... Insurance claim 50/50..... Buy a camera also no use like the case of adrain.... Driving in Singapore is like fighting a war.... ↡ Advertisement

Even if our useless TP cannot make it - the video proof is useful for insurance claims/court case/lawyers.

Driving in Singapore is like fighting a war.... i was in the same scenario many yrs back.. at cross junction was going straight and lights on my favor, pickup truck turn ignoring red for him banged and driver lied in his statement.. end up insurance 50-50. lucky didnt drive fast or else will be totalled or even meet my maker.. since then, learnt to make sure i slow down approaching junctions.. and never move off (don't assume) if u can't see what's beyond.. agree from other bros that some junctions are flawed.. Vhtfhwlego Supercharged August 25, 2010 Share August 25, 2010 From my buddy's experience, from my friend's experience, I am really thinking to implant a camera to my ride... But to do so, my car will have drill holes here and there to hide the wires which I hate it most... Haiz.... Just pray that these will not happen to me... RoadStomper Neutral Newbie August 30, 2010 Share August 30, 2010 Totally agree with you reagrding these type of drivers. What is with all these jeoleous & selfish drivers lately. Really not a good & safe place to drive on our road anymore. You get all these road hoggers, don't want to move, jam break in front of you. You go left or right lane, this bugger block you by going in the same lane. Luckily i got proof on video. Hope to share with everyone soon (once i have my minimum post) so as to stop these drivers behavior. ... the sheer number of kuku drivers encountered in singapore daily make me wanna vomit blood... Hermitage 1st Gear August 30, 2010 Share August 30, 2010 Similiar thing happened to me before as well. Had to jam brake BIG TIME...think caused my tires to flat-spot also!
HARDGAYHOOOO Neutral Newbie August 30, 2010 Share August 30, 2010 Fellow drivers, whenever accident involving 2 vehicle happened , it dun just concern the 2 of you espcially when it takes place along busy rd like PIE. Due to recklessness on one part, you jam up the entire road causing massive jam. If no one is injured , gladly but supposing if it involve a human party , shame on you...just because of ur recklessness and BO CHAP attitude , someone pays the price for you which is very selfish of you!!!! Metal body dented can still bang back to shape, a flesh in blood dented, thats for rest of the life.... ↡ Advertisement
