Think for people who got shingles, different people condition is different, no matter what age. Doesn't mean before 50 year old get it would be mild and older who get it would be serious.

At workplace, I keep seeing advertisements and emails prompting me to go for Shingles vaccination.  Is it better to go for one?

I kena before. Although mild took several days and thousands to diagnose. So if got vaccine I would say just go for it.

Nobody knows if your condition will be mild or serious if kena shingles, but heard many cases if no take vaccination, might take long time to recover and side effects from shingles might become serious. So better to go take the vaccination.

But the cost for shingles vaccination so far still don't have subsidies, have to pay the price in full. If you are taking the Shingrix vaccine, one dose is around $400 plus and you need to take total 2 doses lo. Even though there is one cheaper version of the shingles vaccine cost around $300 which only need to take one dose. But the effectiveness for the more expensive vaccine is better.

Ayam pox usually occur to people in young age...rare to see jurrasic ole like Soya, Enye, Radx to kena...pox  macam north pole animals in hibernation until something trigger the sleeping virus to wake up as shingles...again usually during when peeps have low immunity...i sleep enuf and makan enuf vitamins...becos I scared to wake up the sleeping virus...again...had it mild the lust time it happened...so I better go for that jab...😅

Global warming is real...the real danger is thawing...and wake up the giant...hmm...sekali corona originated from the defrost...😅
