You can still get vouchers at newly opened SPC Seng Kang. The vouchers is valid till 31 Dec 10. I just got them yesterday night. The discount there is good if you hold a POSB Everyday Card. The combination of SPC U card + POSB Credit Card give u 15% discount up front. After the discount, you get another deduction of $2 for every $30 of petrol purchased. On top of all these, POSB card gives u 5% rebates base on the net purchased charged to the card.

Last time many stopped driving and took MRT, when fuel cost raise above $2.

I guess now drivers just accept it, as taking MRT is equally worst, and keep on driving comes what may.

Maybe nowadays petrol station offers not bad discount if u use the correct card, in the end the price of the petrol confirm cost u less than $2 which is still affordable. [rolleyes]

Shell Sengkang gave me a booklet of $10 vouchers. Every $50 get one stamp and every 3 stamps can redeem $10. I still think it's kinda pricey but better than nothing.
