Hi,

I think someone asked this before quite sometime ago. We just bought our Biante and noticed that there is a soft sound and we guessed it's due to the GPS. Does it sound go off after the GPS is switched off?

Β

Thanks in advance for the advice.

Β

At last, got what I wanted for my Biante........ [smash]

Β

After 2 tries, one 'cockup'Β and twice, 2 hours jammed at Woodland's Checkpoint just for my beloved 'window visor' ... Β  :XD:

Β

Worst was last Sat (09/01/16) jammed at Woodland's checkpoint. Stuck at Counter No.19 for 1 hours and 10 minutes without moving an inch. BelievedΒ there was an accident at JB checkpoint side and the vehicles did not move from their checkpoints to SG checkpoints. Β

Β

Lucky me, I was atΒ the counter and enjoy the shade. I pity those who were under the sun as it hit 34 degrees outside and more than an hour of non-moving.. [sweatdrop]Β Β

Β

Got it fixed at Jalan Permas.

Try this

At navigation, go to the 4 dots at the lower left bottom. Then go to the spanner symbol at top right. Go to sound and warning. Select volume. Then switch off the alert beeps. This work for me. Cheers....

Good to know that Eurokars are launching Mazda Biante.

Β

Saw this morning ST (main page) the full range of Mazda cars for the Motor Show 2016 and one of them was Biante. They don't advertise Biante in the past and most of them got the car whilst at their showroom or web site.

Β

Yeah....... more Biante on the road .... [smash]Β Β Β  [drivingcar]Β Β Β Β  [drivingcar]

Good morning all.

Β

Not sure if anyone has encountered this. Our brand new Biante has this sound like loose nut/bolts from the back when driving.

The sound is quite loud and obvious.

Β

Did you put any long umbrellas or any thing that's rub against the last row of seat at the back ?

Β

Another is to check the 3rd rowΒ seat belts, if it is fasten onto the belt clipΒ by the side. If you had fasten it, then loosen it cos when moving, the belts on both right & left sides keep knocking against the side wall especially during bumpy road and slow speed. You won't get the sound when on fast speed.

Yes. I struggle a few days to shift stuff around inside the biante to find the loose part.

Β

Finally decided to sent in last week to the service centre. Resolved after they tighten tailgate.

I have not encountered any loose bolt/nut noise from the rear, touch wood.

Β

But I did encounter squeaking sound from under my driver seat when I sit down abruptly, like coming from the suspension spring. Would be getting service guy to check when sending my ride in for 50,000km servicing next month. Hope nothing major.

Β

Seems like Mazda Singapore is stopping the sale of Biante, no longer featured on printed adverts and not showcased in Ubi when passby last week. In japan there is persistent rumour that this model is cancelled off when its successor was not rolled out last year. I not complaining as I would be assured that my ride would forever be the latest model haha. It still look good even though it was rolled out in 2008 and went through a minor facelift in 2013 to make it current with the existing technology like skyactive engine. No regrets for the functional and reliable experience.

I do encounter some squeaking sound from the Dashboard. Β According to the Service Centre, its the Sound System a bit loose after its clipped on. Β They have put silicon to prevent theΒ squeaking sound.
