Shoelevy 2nd Gear June 23, 2016 Share June 23, 2016 Bro u may try enlarging / expanding the fit of panel fasteners. Cos after removing they tend to b compressed a lil. Else can get fr marketplace or autobac for few dollars for few replacement fasteners. Sometimes door panel underside screws not so tight; may remove panel n screw from under side. I tried doin it to my 8yo ride n able to eliminate rattle at a-pillar n door panel due to previous removal for running car cam cable & door panel when checking actuator. Are you able to detail what you did? I'm afraid I don't quite understand. As I know, the door panel has 2 screws at the door handle and window switch panel. As I know, the door panel has 2 screws at the door handle and window switch panel. after you have removed the door panel you will see some fasteners attached - what i did was remove these from the panel first, then use a flat head screwdriver to pry the gap u see in those fasteners above, but control the prying to ensure no breakage. that should widen the fit a lil. after done, install fasteners back to door panel before fixing door panel to door to ensure snug fit. as for the screws, they are in the underside of the removed door panel. 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
