many things cannot be defined becos they are more relative by nature.

some are bullshi!t, some are not.

 

not interested to debate about such things.

There, my idol has said his peace, class like wealth is a relative thing, no point craving for it but it's often a by product of yourself, back to topic, where and what property to buy?

District 9 my boy, one of the district heavily affected by the new ASDT.

 

I am deciding between tanjong rhu or tanjong pagar though....which is better

Tg rhu view very nice but tg pagar has better area

all those mass market type located in outskirts going for $1500psf....wait for pants to drop.

 

but even when it does i wont buy.

 

i'm a D9 die-hard when it comes to Condos.

 

Get a proper condo. not that many with under 250 units, these days

not the kind that sit on a small piece of land, with a pond as a pool and a storerm as a gym, and insufficient parking.

thats a billion question lol but i see some price already drop a bit, some properties like in neighborhood condos, D9, 10 and city area havent check yet though

drop probably owner want sell faster, jurong area lol, last time 1259 sqft about 1.05-1.1m now 980k can get liao

anyway old condo about 11 years liao

Yeah I know, so far all the condos I bought is between 300 to 500 units, but even those boutique apartments also not cheap, definitely not buying a mass market condo at 1500 psf, max 800 I will go, for poorer people like me, maybe go mid range la, district 15, 16, 12 or 2

new launches drop abit, or at least they give some rebates....resale abit slower, owners still asking for the sky....how? we jointly buy throttle? condo? [laugh]

Dont think you can get 800psf for condo at D15, even for boutique apt. Even apt in Geylang are going for more than 800psf.

yup, that's why waiting for it to drop to such levels first, D15 selling for 1100 to 1500 psf.....all the new launches at Geylang selling for 1000 to 1500 psf! but still people buying....

New launch condos in geylang cannot even see S$800.

 

Its more like $1200 - $1300 psf.

 

If I am wrong and got $800, pls let me know.
