Agent told us that price can still nego further. :| but we are holding on to our horse. I still remember 5 yrs back when we visited the blue horizon by far east.. the agent told us to name our price but we didnt take up the offer.. :P Issit? I didnt buy with the intention to flip or sell for quick buck. in fact i have never bought a property with that intention. That is why , i make doubly sure that my finances can well cover for it . It's just not my style, I'm conservative guy. i like your style, for myself in the past 2 years, I bought with the intention of staying with my wife, but when prices went up, I still sell, but I always made sure it's somewhere I can live in if I don't sell, this is why I am deciding between a 2 room in district 15 or a studio in district 2 now, 2 room I can still move in with a wife and 1 kid, studio abit hard....so which you think is better....
