I know far east prices has soften over the last 2 wks.. they are absorbing the stamp fee as well as increase the furniture vouchers for almost all the project. Agent told us that price can still nego further. :| but we are holding on to our horse.

I still remember 5 yrs back when we visited the blue horizon by far east.. the agent told us to name our price but we didnt take up the offer.. :P

Issit? I didn't know that, maybe the late Mr. Ng's kids want to cash out more....

yes, that is why i bought a convenient full facility proper condo with intention to stay during retirement.

I didnt buy with the intention to flip or sell for quick buck.

in fact i have never bought a property with that intention.

That is why , i make doubly sure that my finances can well cover for it .

And that is also why i didnt buy any properties to flip during the run up.

It's just not my style, I'm conservative guy.

I am looking at a place within 1KM from scgs... Prices are quite high to me at the moment.... Anybody has experience buying or selling around there? No hurry to purchase, looking at doing it within 2 years or so.

i like your style, for myself in the past 2 years, I bought with the intention of staying with my wife, but when prices went up, I still sell, but I always made sure it's somewhere I can live in if I don't sell, this is why I am deciding between a 2 room in district 15 or a studio in district 2 now, 2 room I can still move in with a wife and 1 kid, studio abit hard....so which you think is better....

Perhaps, but when prices start to come down, the other districts all pants drop faster!
