Got also like that don't have also like this , i have seen people with this amount inside their cupboards and they are stingy , end up health no good etc etc . Basically it is not difficult to have 400k cash in sg , all you have to do is wait for people to sell their 30 year old flats and they will most likely be guaranteed that amount.
