And a search in sgcarmart only shows up a company without an address, but just a telephone number. Isn't it obvious this is so untrustworthy ? LCH Car Rental's registration record is quite dubious as well after I done a search just now. It's definitely a lesson learnt and will be more cautious next time. Nobody is born to know everything right from the start. There are some companies that do not have an official website but they are still quite trustworthy. I guess what was infuriating was they would rather spend the time deleting the review than addressing it professionally like what most companies would, that is, posting their follow-up action online. I, being a consumer also need to be wary because I will need to do everything to avoid any bad experience. As you never state your experience from renting in day 1 to return (or you met any friendly staff who help you do all the process or whatsoever), that's make me suspicious. Of course no one will able to tell you what you must do. to be fair, he say Hertz and we all know Hertz is the international big 4, hence he mentioned a bit ex and well maintained car is what these international brand provide.
