used vpost once, took me a week to ship it out of of their warehouse since the backup process is damm slow.

 

i have since switch to borderlinx.

 

happy so far. and compared to vpost, it is more organize. definitely no vpost for me.

Somehow for me, they always deliver at like 8-9pm same day at night once its reached singapore.

 

I guess cos its personal delivery to residential address, the delivery guys subcon from DHL does it after office hours.

During office hours, they deliver to offices and such.

Now from arrival to their warehouse to shipping it out will depend on you. If you are fast to do your self check out, then it will be fast.

I ordered some items off Amazon and decided to go for VPOST but encountered very bad experience with them.

 

1.) Item was delayed since 21st December 2012

2.) Item was in Declaration state for 5 days when vEzy (auto declaration by VPOST) was selected. I had to manually declare the amount as the amazon invoice was not attached in the package.

3.) Since no one is at home, i decided to get VPOST to send to my alternate delivery address but was rejected because once package is paid, there is NO way for them to change. Then wtf they put an alternate delivery address on their website? It is so misleading.

4.) CSO repeating asked for alternate delivery address when the address is already stated on my profile. Does that means the alternate delivery address on the website is useless?

5.) Called on monday to insist on delivery to alternate address but no replies from VPOST till i called them up today.

 

So freaking MAD!!!

Local service really suck and should listen to my friend's advices on going other couriers to get my item delivered instead.

We had ordered some stuff from Amazon [different suppliers/mfrs]. 5 items had already reached Vpost USA and we had already declared the value. Now pending for the 6th item to reach Vpost USA.

We were already aware that the delivery address cannot be changed once we paid the shipping charges.

This time, we intend to self-collect from nearest Post Office as we would not be available for home delivery. Already enquired with Vpost, that the items would be can be left at the Post Office for 1-2 weeks if we inform them in advance.

 

Let hope our shipment would be problem-free.

Bro, I have been using Vpost for at least 4-5 years now. Used to be very frustrated in the past where you have to send in your invoices to them.

 

But now that one can self declare and pay immediately after declaration, I find the service much improved. The delivery time is also much faster now.

 

The only problem they still have is that they still delay in putting your items into their system after your items had arrived at your Vpost address. For example, if your item arrive at Vpost today, it's probably two days later that your items are in their system. I find that slow, but that's better than before where they are slow in many parts of the entire process.

 

So far, after they introduced their new self declare system, I have not had much frustration like in the past, but one need to understand their strength and weakness in order to use them well.

Singpost lost my item. My client in china never got it and i never got it back too.

Tried calling raising up complaints but no use. Nowadays i only rely on dhl and fedex.

Bro, last time i used to VPOST items back from US without any issue. I recalled there were no self-declaration system in place or whatsoever.. that's why i used back VPOST without checking their current service standard.

 

But until today the i realized how bad VPOST is... items stuck in declaration state for so many fooking days although declaration was selected...

 

Package paid cannot change to alternate address then under VPOST webpage put alternate address for fook!!

comgateway use DHL which i always track the items till it arrive in singapore, if i am not around the main address, give them a call and they will send to the alternate address provided (if the courier not out yet)

The phone lagi worse. They transfer u and there. Promise to call back but never do.

I actually did suss out the emails and contacts of their corporate comm and cs directors. But in the end i thought it wasnt worth the effort to do it

really damn pekcek.. items purchased like weeks back but till today still cannot get.. really is KNN!! early morning and first day of 2013 make me left right up down their CSO..

 

but i have to salute their pinoy CSO.. really good at enduring tio gan by customers..
