thinking of getting one with 4 cameras for each side of the car.

Any brands to recommend?

None... no existing system has 4ch at Full HD.. mostly at front Full HD and rear at 720p or VGA.

Have to manually wire up 4 cams to fuze box, and each having own memory card....

Neutral Newbie

have anyone try to have a auxiliary 40Ah battery to support these camera system with a battery isolator?

ZMC or Blackvue seller? any idea?

I find those Power magic pro or TpowerC are kinda silly to stupid supply power after power drops to 11v.

TpowerC is even worst, i tried it with 1 camera and it die after 4-5 hours. did anyone have 20hours supply as it claims?

Nope. Why?

The reason is whenever I sent my car for servicing, the service guy will remind me to take out all valuable as their workshop are not responsible for anything lost while my car in their work place.

Since if I buy a in-car camera, I also consider as valuable item. Don't wish to take the car after the service and the in-car camera disappear.

I think you would have some basic trust with that workshop if you are engaging their service. An installed car camera is not very easy to remove and would be obvious if missing. Should be ok to leave it in the car. I would be more worried with items like cash card, parking coupons (I usually have quite a few books).

Agreed. Actually, I am not worry about the staff in the workshop but outsider might just do a quick one when all the staff are busy.

Since it is difficult to remove the in-car camera, I guess I can go ahead and get one.

Unless you have some powderful car rocking scene captured on the cam and is afraid of becoming Singapore's Edison Chen, I don't see why the need to remove the camera.

ITB100 cost around $300 plus if buy from agent.
