anyone using iroad v7 but has no audio recording?

hi i have been using my iRoad V7 and V9, I has not encountered any issue with the audio recording. What is the issue you face, maybe can elaborate and see whether can help you or not?

Yes bro, I try it on the PC viewer and everything is there, the video and audio... but when I try on the app, it seems like there is no sound too. maybe it doesn't work on the app. I try on the V7 and V9, both are same...

I the camera kept telling me to off the camera to save the battery of the car while I'm driving. I wonder what is wrong? Is it something with the settings?

Did urs turn on the parking mode n motion mode only?

If turn on this two only, what's does it mean?

If I only wan wan record during:

1. Driving only, so how to change the settings?

2. Driving and motion detect only, means if parking but no motion detect, then will not record, so possible?

If you turn on both the parking and motion, you will be recording in parking with motion detect only.

if you turn on parking only, you will be recording thru out when parking.

if you doesn't want to record during parking, then uncheck parking and motion. that's all.
