This is not some addled rich eccentric old man easily fooled. He has 5 mio to just lend out and moves in those circles where it is not unexpected to receive direct communication from people in high office. Really suspicious if you ask me. What is going on. Hope this is not another "dinner group photo" case Read the article, it says "He only realised that he had been scammed after contacting the Secretary to the Cabinet on Thursday".
