if going for concert or soccer match, think must book early, good move to secure a lot then wasting time circulating the car park.

I think it's a good idea. No need to keep going round and round to look for a lot. If you have one, you have one. Save time and hassle.

The problem is many driver might not know advance car park purchase is needed. So they will still drive there and jammed up the entrance and road....

Imagine you bought, but no lot to park unless a dedicated lot has been assigned (which I doubt so).

Anyway, how often we go there? cannot be watching matches, events every week, right?

So, not much inconvenience caused lah.

 

And, public transport is a better option if you want to escape the huge jam after every event / match.
