1fast1 Supersonic December 31, 2018 Share December 31, 2018 (edited) Hi, i saw these 3 workshops in google too. May I know if you have of any good one near Alexander area?My friend who is a real Porsche guy recommends 1st Auto at Carros Centre, 60 Jalan Lam Huat. #03-42. Ask for Ah Fai or Robin. Disclaimer: never used them myself but have visited them to test drive a 996 turbo manual. Seemed very competent and nice. Also saw the work they were doing on my friend's car. I know it's hardly in the locale you want, but to me, competence is more important than convenience for this sort of thing. When I had my 911 (some years ago), I've used Flatsix and Autostrasse. I think Autostrasse staff are now running Flatsix. Personally I wouldn't use them. Long story. Weissach should be ok but I've only used them for the inspection of a 997 turbo I was once looking at. Inspection was thorough but quite expensive in my opinion. Edited December 31, 2018 by Turboflat4

Just to add on Autostrasse better with Audi, i would say Actually Porsches are not crazily complicated and parts are plentiful and easy to buy by part number. Porsches and BMWs are great for technically inclined owners.

Eyke Supercharged March 27, 2019 Share March 27, 2019 (edited) i got a quote for 987.1 service package: oil, filters (oil, air, cabin-air), labour, for S$600, which i feel is much too high... 1. can anyone recommend more value-for-money workshop for normal service? 2. which are the Porsche parts dealers/stockists? may just buy the filters and find non-(expensive) Porsche specialist shop for oil change... Nowadays many shops can do old cayman boxsters especially Filter only $50 Oil is $25 per liter or go for cheaper ones also ok Everything in should be no more than $350. You can buy parts from Design911 online Very good. Can even rebuild the whole damn car Haha Edited March 28, 2019 by Throttle2
