Hi guys, I like the 981 boxster (because its a 6 cyl).

Trying to decide between a 2.7 or 3.4S.

Test driven 2.7 before and it felt good. Did not try the 3.4S.

Is it worth the extra for the 3.4S?

Thanks!

i'm amazed my 10yr old 2.7L flat six is getting better fuel economy than a 6yr old turbo four; even if the former is a much lighter convertible.

another reason i like non-S: with 3.4L S, i can literally see the fuel needle moving as i'm driving.

if you are getting 8.8, you are not driving Porsche's way! [:p]

In my small experience with Porsche, you have to decide the model according to your affordability. Just test drive models within that affordability limit. Any higher model drives better in one way or other for sure!

Check with Hurry tyres, they used to sell. Difference between Stuttgart and them will not be so much.

Boxster or Cayman? The COE ones go for a great price but sure get scolded due to only 2 seats in the car........
