That buyer must be a dickhead to even approach SG AD for warranty issue.

 

If you buy from ebay direct, if there's warranty issues, shd go back to ebay seller.

 

Kusje bought from the eBay seller before and had his warranty honored. Only thing is you gotta mail it back to eBay seller in Korea. Cost of postage is less than $10 as per Kusje's post in this thread.

 

But if you don't like to DIY too much, then get from shochong direct.

yes they do......that's what happened to me. And they said the delivery guy left a note at the door but Mon I'm the first person in office don't see any note. Gotta call SingPost and get them to deliver again during office hours only........

Mine didn't. And they told me it will arrive by 6pm but my colleague left at 7pm still not sign of it. Then web record shows that the delivery guy came at abt 9.30pm.

 

SingPost service really sucks, gotta call them up and screw them to get them to resend again. The cso sound like a robot and not even apologetic. I gotta submit a complaint before another cso took ovr the case and make sure it arrived on the day within office hrs as promised.

Singpost will not practice to call the customer even if the customer is not around at the point of delivery. they will deliver as late as 10pm. This is my experience. if you wan tot use EMS service please make sure there is people around to receive your parcel.

There is no screen so rely on voice for prompts.

let's give feedback on how long your PI set can last

 

mine lasts only 4 months, sent back got a replacement last only 1 day instead!

 

tips: send back via normal registered post will do as the overseas seller will only send back via normal mail not express (EMS)

My PI set lasted probably the best part of a year already. Ordered two more also PI.

 

My friend using four PI sets also more than a year, all OK.

Use SD card and not use micro SD card

Sd card use class 10

SD card Brand= sandisk or samsung

Size = max 32gd
