DIY? Even if doesn't taste as nice, its feel better than any cake bought outside as its 'ai xing tan guo' 8cake made from the heart). Made together with wife & kids even better,. thats what some other countries do.

 

In some countries, you can't even buy birthday cake, as birthday cakes are usually homemade.

Buy a few Bird Eye Artic Rolls and stack them. If she from my generation, sure bring back wonderful memories as kids.. Coz last time parents don't earn much, so having Artic Roll was a real treat for us.

oh man.... the name "birdseye" itself is so nostalgic.... It was a luxury during my time....

How about Emicakes? I like their Durian Cakes......can order and have it delivered to you.....

Eat emicakes quite often as the make non-egg cakes which some of my ex-colleagues are strict vegetarian.... Yea, their durian cake not bad....

 

Anyway, durian cake is not an option as my kids hates them.... <_<

Have you tried Jane's Cake Station? They are a very small bakery and they offer really good durian or chocolate cake. give it a try!

Whichever cake , remeber to add the wordings "To the Greatest Wife and Mother, Happy Sweet Birthday we love you !" . I guarantee she will be happy regardless of where the cake is from. [:)]
