My guess is up cos of the cut in COEs but not up to 100k cos not in time for CNY so less bookings

Nobody would know till there is something official which will not surprise me at all .... My suggestion is to average the numbers quotas for the last 10 years, factor in the negative growth to balance the incorrect projections from Y2006 to Y2009. It may be tough at the beginning as there are more cars on the road but this should eliminate the vicious cycle that we are seeing now with high and low prices for COE ... Reviewing the catergories of the COE will not reduce the demand/prices and it does not solve the problem of congestion on the road.

Last week i saw quite a few AD advertised that if you booked last weekend, you will guarantee delivery before CNY. I guess either AD is using open cat to register the car or they really bid aggressive today to get the COE?!

It depends on the car. Nissan offered the car the next day evening. BMW takes time after getting COE (Min a week)!

It's too late to get a car for CNY now. So most likely will continue slight drop from last bidding.
