The split second he should realized the Vios is 'stuck' there, and should initiate braking already. Anyway....looks like just a small bump.....no damage to even the bumper at all. macrosszero Turbocharged February 13, 2013 Share February 13, 2013 Camera car driver is at fault - failed to react in time to changed conditions in front of him. The van could have stalled, or is trying to avoid something in his lane. Who knows why? But he seemed to be charging down his lane even though the Vios was already half in-lane.
