If he hit the side of the vios maybe can argue 50/50. but he hit the arse bumper of the vios so confirm he is the loser... He is driving too fast anyway... People suppose to anticipate what happen in front especially when many stop, what on earth the driver still speed so fast and at the end can not brake. Speeding and failed to anticipate & failed to stop in time when all the car on the next lane all come to a Halt. On such condition is to slow down and expect others car to switch into your lane as the next lane have come to a Halt and in Spore roads there always some impatient bargal can't wait in the queue.
