There is a need for social justice to be dealt to such anti-social and recalcitrant people who will not listen to reason. Thin line to tread though.

 

Can you suggest what we should do? I would like to throw water or eggs at her but I'm not clear if the police will pursue anything after that.

If this is correct then the red Mazda driver is as much to blame as the horner, especially if he parks illegally every day.

 

Not to condone the horner mind who obviously has no shame or care about other people.

My area have this lancer that alarm will sound very loud for 10 secs beep beep beep, every 30mins, and this goes on for almost 40 hours non-stop. And we know that the owner is around because the car is in different car park lots during this period.

 

End up someone call police, police really came and identify the car and the owner, and ask the owner to stop the beeping.

 

So reporting police may help, ask police to talk to the ATB.

heard from one of the prc colleage that converting their license to drive in Singapore is very easy to get it .. DAMN !

Not only prc, all foreigners also same, just need to pass basic theory to convert their driving licence.
