Ok simple rules apply: Those changing name/ signage, need to pay 5K, within 2 yrs period if change name w/o valid reason, another 8K payable, the information will be kept in authorities file, for future occurrence, next change will have to go thru interview process- pending clearance etc. not so lenient in future if a shop has a record. haha! Convert into a mixed development till 10-12 sty huh with Police Rochor HQ, Case branch with Seah CS heading the dept, Lawyer offices and Security opicer specialising in harassment and cheating cases . . . I see who dare wins. To award the store with the most complaint by issuing a Red Star to their billboards rating at Security & receptionist / information counter and announcing loading like a lost child has been found. Its not even considered ketoh, its plain CHEATING/FRAUD. Why must buying simple electronics be such a hassle and risky for someone who has not done their homework ? Is this Swiss Level std of living ? I go Akihabara/Low Yat buy things never scared kenna cheated siang ho, the kena con viet is vietcong people ho seh liao if in Australia, no need to talk so much. You will see the salesman in a pool of blood by the end of the day.
