She never sell off her car away during her suspension period so the car ownership and insurance still owned and covered by insurance company

The thing about insurance is, if license revoked, other people under her authorisation can still drive, depending on the insurance policy, ( some only named driver allowed ) .

So yes, she got insurance, but she got no license, cannot drive, other people that want to drive her car can, if she give authorisation to do that.

Since she no license , she drive insurance will not cover. Other people drive her car under her authorisation, insurance got cover.

hahaha. let see what the court put across to u. Pls tell the court she got insurance but no driving licence. See whether she gets hasher sentence or not. TS, she want to risk driving without licence then she got to take the heat when being caught. This case is a losing hands down. No need to tell the court what 1st time driving it, they will never believe. Unless you can prove she needs to drive the car bcos a life n death issue when you call for ambulance to save yr love ones and SDF say sorry no ambulance at this moment as too hazy cannot drive on the road. Even this excuses, court will tell u. U are more likely to kill more people on the streets than saving your love ones, bcos u are totally not allowed to drive.

Ya, I would like to hear her tell judge that she got insurance coverage leh, See what the judge will do. Sure double the sentence.. [laugh] [laugh]

hahaha. humans are like that. Caught with pants down still want to justify that what 1st time/ got insurance bah bah. Same as that businessman caught for underage sex, pay 500 or 600 talking in the room only. kaoz! My toe laughing when I read that. Still called himself a businessman, cannot even justify a deal.

By paying 500 to 600 for it means going for the screw already. Got caught dun say talking in room only. hahaa. Totally clowns!

The best way now, is for her not to argue or reason back with the judge. No matter what reasoning she give, she still do not have any license.

The more reasoning she give, the more the judge will think ( does she really learnt her lesson ?? )

Hopefully by that, she could get less hush punishment.

Good luck to her.

she got insurance just without a valid driving license after she got revoked. Suspension period over but now taking practical driving lesson

She never sell off her car away during her suspension period so the car ownership and insurance still owned and covered by insurance company

The car once again is owned by her with valid insurance coverage.

a proper car lah, but i respect your imagination.

Not sure what makes you think so, but the insurance is only in effect for a LICENSED driver. There will be no payout for any claims if the driver has no license as it does not meet the terms and conditions of the insurance coverage. I think you'll find it clearly stated in her insurance papers.

Best advice so far is to admit wrong, suck it up and move on. Fighting it will only make things worst, unless she is a white horse or you are the white horse that saves her. That one is a different ball game. :D

Can one without license be a owner ? But even if the insurance is under her name...its is also invalid. The insurance only cover those with valid license.
