To all that don't know about this, TP will employ undercover to hunt them after their license are revoke. So if kena revoke, drive/ride at own risk...

actually last time had a friend no license but can drive like got 1 coz he quite zai.

but then the risk is getting bigger so he finally went to et one.

TS, good luck to your friend. might be able to siam changi chalet if she has valid mitigating factors, but chances are slim. -_-

Tua Kee lor...

Who's car ?

If the fella lend the car to her...he could be in trouble as well.

For a start...

1) Driving without valid license

2) Driving without insurance coverage

She can forget about taking lessons liao...the ban will be extended.

Fine + extension of ban...very lucky liao.

If the owner of the vehicle says dunno...then lagi worst...stolen vehicle. Add the above + a stacation at Changi Chalets.

looks like no way to get sentence reduced no matter what already. [wave]

Caught after being suspended will increase her suspension to another minimum 5 yrs ~ 10 yrs added. Heavy fine is for sure but for jail, depending whether she was caught in car park only or driving on main road. [sweatdrop]

BTW, the car owner might also get a fine also .... [:(]

Also got to see the car she is driving belongs to who? If the owner say dun know she drive, then she will kana another charge of stolen car. If the owner say he knows and pass the keys to her without knowing whether she got licence or not, owner will kana fine big time. At times can be quite funny, if someone wants to borrow yr car. U ask can show me yr licence? before passing over yr keys.

Without car owner consent is "Stealing Car" and equivalent to Criminal Theft Offence [dead]

No license won't trigger undercover, license suspend or revoke, will trigger undercover, I used to know someone working as undercover on such cases.

as a legal professional i can tell you that since she has already broken the law once before, she will be considered a repeat offender and given a jail term. how long depends on precedence and the judge.
