I was there when LTA officially turn on the traffic lights. Also chatted with the LTA officer there on the future plans for Seletar Club Road. Seletar Club Road is now a dead end. "He probably thought he could connect the road the way he liked since there is no barricade here.. "There could be injuries if there had been any pedestrians or cyclists around.
