i want more than 50mm, i already have an U-boat, so 50mm is the minimum entry.

Must be automatic, transparent back face, strap.. rubber is preferred but if leather, most probably i will change them.

budget, ermm.. don't know..no need to be branded, more toward designs and stylo

Actually vintage Seikos are really good value for money for a few hundred dollars.

They are also good conversational pieces

Perhaps something for your future consideration

Buy from around the world and from old watch shops in various locations in Singapore.

Never know what you will find. Phillipines is a place to visit for old Seiko vintage watches

May I know which AD is better when it comes to buying rolex? As in cheaper, more discount, more trust worthy? Can PM me if cannot direct reply.

hi all,

like to ask a few noob questions on buying BNIB rolex from non-AD/2nd shop/grey market:

1) the rolex watch will surely be from other countries AD? this is how they achieve the lower price?

2) and the warranty surely will be dated few months back? meaning technically this is a 2nd hand watch?

3) how to check if a BNIB is really unworn/new? [blush]

1) depends. i got my Pam from a grey dealer, but it's a local set. so my point is, sometimes grey dealers != overseas AD sets.

2) most likely.

3) stickers should all be there

I am very curious on qns 1 too. I can only think of them as the super hardcore watch avid that they buy 2nd hand watch and trade or sell for just nominal price that doesn't really consider profit.
