Lucky888 September 12, 2013 Share September 12, 2013 Singapore is left-hand drive, not right hand drive. By left-hand drive, its means we drive on the left side of the road. Hence, in theory, all countries allow left-hand drive and right-hand drive configuration for the vehicles on the roads, as long as they keep either to the right or the left side of the road based on the law in their countries. Singapore allowed right-hand drive configured vehicles with exemption by LTA, usually for registration of Vintage Cars and embassy vehicles in Singapore, subjected to the import requirements for embassy diplomats. You can go to the American Embassy in SIngapore and you will noticed a lots of right-hand drive configured vehicles. just curious, any countries which allow both left and right handed cars on its roads ? Viceroymenthol 6th Gear September 12, 2013 Share September 12, 2013 China..left hand drive when Hong Konger go over to China their ride right hand drive. Not as simple as SG crossing over to MY. For the HK/PRC to do that, they have to hang a local license plate over their native original license plate. So it means they have to pre-register their local license plates to use their cars in either country.

What you mean is in SG, It is a left hand traffic with right hand drive(RHD) vehicles.
