Ya quite user UNFRIENDLY. Wan to search also not as easy as b4.

 

And I keep getting "ERROR ON PAGE" too.

 

Quite hard to use this new format. The old format was soooo much better.

Last night till abt 8pm tonight I got the message on page as "Site is under maintenance" but seems ty changed the whole format.

 

Maybe needs time to get used to it but off hand the old format was more user friendly.

 

Easier to read even.

Inside box got "Notifications" in red. Click n u find yr replies n all new posts made on that thread. Also lets u know if pple praise or junk u.

 

Takes quite some time to get used to the new format n its quite clumsy also.

Got junked by anonymous for sharing a shop name which is a sponsor here on tyre discussion thread. Yes Im pissed. It can be a competitor for what I care. How can you let a anonymous user praise or junk you? It will be exploited just like my case.

There is a Thread on the changes to the forum n suggestions u can make.

 

Voice it out there for a better result.

 

BTW I also agree that the anonymous button sud b removed. It tends to b abused n serves no purpose.

I blame it on the new format. Make me blur only.

My account daily power doesn't replenishes every 24 hours per said.

What is Power?

The Power is the number of points you have left to award or deduct other members. It replenishes every 24 hours. The higher your rank, the more Power you have per day.

 

See below table for the relationship between rank, points and Power.

with regards to the praise and junk system, with the latest change to limit praising or junking the same person until you do to another 50 members is a bit difficult.

 

why not do it like....

 

1. allow max 5 points praise/junk on the same person within 24 hours,

 

OR

 

2. After praise/junk another 10-20 members, 50 is a lot.

After the initial awkwardness I actually like the new platform.

There is a sort of "preview" for the last post on each thread so I dont have to surf and back each thread.

The praise or junk function is interesting.

I like the notification when someone quoted your post - so u know when someone might be waiting for a reply from u.
