i will eat ice cream and try to distract myself from the problem. I find its good to take a break from the problem..

Thinking of the problem over and over again wont help, problem is there to be solved..

i use energy cleansing to remove negative energy and bad luck. Especially when i get into accident.

I prefer de-stressing with activities that require focus and can have quite severe consequences if you don't have your head on straight.

 

It's great for clearing the mind of all the mundane bulls**t.

Try youtube..type in those songs U listen when U are in your teens.

 

Problem with males is that we dont like to speak up and the pressure is contained inside.

 

After time, we exploded and we fell ill..can be minor or major. If major, add on to the existing problem.

 

Like one of the bro commented, removing negative energy by special person could help improve the situation.
