Ya man. They dun even have enough midfielders to muster a usual 3 man midfield. If Allen dun make the squad for the Derby tomorrow, I think Everton may indeed dominate pool at anfield tomorrow night. They are playing well. ..can't say the same for Pool...

Both sides injury list equally long.

If BR sticks to the team shape of 4-2-3-1 (no Allen) or 4-3-3 (with Allen), we should be fine. Just no 4-2-2-2 for now.

Hand on my heart, sad to say, I am not sure about FC....was good when he first came but seemed to have sizzled out a bit whereas DS still going strong...

Coutinho still young. Give him more time.

Especially Man U, Moyes is trying to prove a point and backed by board with loads of cash. Hearing that going for Cabaye, whom I believe might leave this window. Question is to where.

PSG & Newcastle remain in talks over a deal for Yohan Cabaye. Still believe this is where he will end up at

Separately, Capoue's agent is reportedly in London, trying to tie a deal for his move to Napoli.

That might have impact on Inler.

From a trusted source from Ajax:

Ajax haven't heard from Liverpool regarding Sigthórsson. Sounds like another rumour rather than genuine interest. FdB wants him to stay.

Ian Ayre: "We haven't been held back, we will always compete but we have discussed openly we are not going to over pay. When the right player is available they'll be here, success previously speaks for that. There is nobody not here because we didn't do what we needed to do."

Ok Pool fans, so that's why Salah was not signed. :)

As mentioned previously, Swansea has signed Ngog from Bolton. Done deal.

Not to over pay on the players value or over pay on their budget??...

Based on their assessed value I guess. No idea how they derive that value but I believe should be a complicated formula.

Blackpool did contact LFC officials to inform them Ince was available for a 7-figure loan fee but the Reds declined the opportunity. (Echo)

Salah's Agent Sascha Empacher “It was a long and fair negotiation with Liverpool , but it lasted two-and-a-half months - too long. Both clubs could not agree on terms. When CFC contacted Basel, he was happy & took his chance. It was no financial matter.”

If a club value you so lowly and treat you like a pasar malam commodity, you sure unhappy.

Sometimes I wonder if LFC is controlled by Singaporean/Malaysian. Like to lowball, bargain for a few cents & in the process, miss the big ships.
