Sally Lim @ Ubi

Ya, she still spent time explaining to me the various functions of the car and HU again just now, even though she had already done once earlier during the test drive. My previous SE just passed me the key with the car manual and shaked my hand, bye bye, lol.

Yes, sally is indeed a gd se! Congratson your new ride!

Encountered the prolong reverse sensor beeping this morning.

Instead of " beep.. beep.. beep" when u switch to reverse gear, the "beep" appear once the reverse gear was applied and continue, never stop until I switch to another gear.

Any possible reason to cause this? last night everything was still OK..

[thumbsdown][furious]

Think just a 'false' alarm by the sensor. I use to have this problem with my previous ride after 7 years. Once a while when I switch to reverse, the beeping sound just comes on even though there is nothing near my car's rear. However, it will correct itself once I put it to 'N' or 'D' and then back to Reverse. Mine starts to have this problem after 7 years, so, I guess you shouldn't see this problem with a new sensor.

That's y lo..

anyway, my SE advised me to clean the sensor, see if caused by the dirt attached on the sensor. Will do so later, see how..

(oh ya, for info, tis morning, I have tried many times, for reverse to drive, or to N, then back to reverse again, same incident occurred)

If it happens often and it is not due to dirt. It must be faulty sensor. TC should be able to change it for you easily. The usual trouble is, have to find time to bring it down to TC.

Go back to to a and have it checked. Initially mine was due to sensor alignment which improved when I requested them to check during 1k servicing but issue still remain. When I went back the 2nd time when I went to check DVR wiring, they checked again and subsequently told me they will replace it. 1/2 a day job and since then, no issue.

Just collected my dark grey QQ today. Drove from Ubi to Jurong, managed to achieve 17km/l even though it has yet to run in, something that my 2l Mitsubishi Lancer GT can only dream of. Was also pleasantly surprised that I was able to maintain at just 2000 rpm cruising at around 95km/h, quite comparable to my 2l Mitsubishi.

Thought the key pouch provided by Nissan is pretty nice, though my wife is getting a Braun Buffel one for her key.

Love my SE, much better than my previous Toyota and Mitsubishi ones. Kept me updated with COE and car arrival throughout and helped me save a good amount with her advice, discounts and freebies. My dad wanted an extra smart key and my SE gave us one more out of her pocket. Excellent service!

Congrats!! 😊

I think TC got many good professional SE. My SE Brenda too guide me all the function and she even made sure the in-door camera worked. She also insisted I called her on all servicing and she will book for me. So now I have the habit of calling her.

Congrats on getting your new QQ. You will sure enjoy the drive. My son's camp CO changed from Honda Civic to QQ this Feb and I heard he really loved the car and so far so good. Since TC already given me two smart keys and so I did not ask for extra. One I hold and one my wife hold.

Similar case here, I don't usually call my SE, but message her. Although my SE told me to call her to book the servicing, I will try to DIY for the 5K servicing.

My 1K servicing at Ubi took 1.5 hours on a Saturday morning 8am. There is a waiting area at Ubi. Drinks and some refreshments are available. Free WiFi.
