Very different from Singapore though. Buyer under such private lease scheme do not has the right to rent/sell those JB property. 

In the cna video. That owner paid 250plus sing for 99 years. So roughly $200 plus rental per month.

we are renter (not owner) for 99 years HDB pigeon hole?

Have done many many strokes since clob saga. Govt to govt also can give a HSR stroke, what more other issues. 🤣

Those people who bought the porperty bought themseves a big headache instead.   😳😱

This problem arised from lack of understanding of legal system.

Till now, only 1 hand raised on understanding of Private Lease Scheme.
