Well I do agreed with you. There are still some ppl dreaming that COE will drop to 20k.. all the best to them waiting.

You never know, coe drop to 20k might happen again?! Just like nobody would predict coe will increased until today crazy price back in 2009.

those who r hoping for a big drop in COE in the next few mths, then it's a hope or luck.

coz big numbers of COE quota r only likely coming in frm middle or later next yr.

so I guess between now till middle or later NEXT year... LTA scholar already start brain storming how to make sure the COE does not plummet drastically....

bro, I pray for you hoping the COE doesn't climb up any further..

somehow I have to agree, because no one can predict anything in future... [lipsrsealed]

Looks like prices are going up again. Open and B are inching back to $70K, and A will follow them north.

Which means, 2nd hand car dealers can increase their prices.

I still think the Govt will 'ensure' COE prices will be low just before the next GE.

So next year and 2016 will see low COE prices. Hopefully.

7k only, still more worth than new car.

with higher overall population, reduced number of COEs and better salary for workers in Singapore (home team just got 10--12% increase), I think it will be difficult t be low.

definitely,

since govt so generous to give salary 10--12% increase, they have way to take back it as well :D

someone keen on buying a C Class?? [lipsrsealed]

Singaporean so rich, even E-class also sold out :D

it is a mistake back then and I don't think the authority will let it happen again

With hanging at $60K+, 1.6L 2nd hand are depreciating at a high $8 - 10K a year, so the math does work out.

believed authority had fired the scholar who made the mistake, so it will not happen again,

but how to atone his mistake is quite challenge :D
