mrhan1982 4th Gear December 22, 2016 Share December 22, 2016 Bro, for your 300v oil, were you monitoring the operating temp? heard that for folks using 300v, the engine temp is hotter than using other oil.I just check my engine temp. Along ezoway between speeds of 70- 90km/h temp hovers between 92 to 94 degreas Celsius. Is this normal? Seems like it's quite hard to book for servicing at Tpy, especially on sat. Had to book for 7 Jan at LK.. haiz.. Y so many ppl buy subaru??...

gm1231s 2nd Gear December 23, 2016 Share December 23, 2016 (edited) Finally managed to find time to swap out the stock speakers today. I used my old component speakers taken out from my previous car to swap with the stock. They are not the best speakers as i did not want to spend too much during that time to replace the damaged speakers in the previous car with 15 months left. The old amp and sub woofer are still lying in the storeroom Tested both with and without the crossover but decided to connect without the crossover. With the crossover i could hear better sound separation but I felt the HU may not be powerful enough to drive them. As such I decided to just connect without the crossover at this stage. The speakers are now able to handle the bass better without distortion. So now the sound does not sound as high as before. However I can still hear alot of high. I have not swapped the tweeter yet. Tomorrow I will retune the set for this pair of speakers. Hopefully can balance and squeeze out slightly better sound quality. My next diy will be to swap this pair of speakers to the rear doors and look for a good pair of coaxial or full range speakers for the front door and disconnect the dashboard tweeters. This diy is only applicable on FNA. Edited December 23, 2016 by gm1231s

Not trying to burst ur bubble. And not trying to hex u. Imagine the next 6 coe bids for 2017 starts to climb and increase by 2 to 3k per round (thats comes with aroused buying interests) and u think MI will successfully bid for u in this scenario when they last bidded $49101 for NG Cat B coe? They want to earn $ bro. As its is a 6 bid NG booking, MI may for the 1st time not able to deliver the FNA to its customer. Littlewhitei 1st Gear December 23, 2016 Share December 23, 2016 Booked FNA before the COE drop. Lost out on the paper value, but at least I got the COE in 1 bid even though it was NG, and the car before Christmas. Sometimes not having to endure the wait or the stress of bidding is worth it I guess

GohLaiChye 2nd Gear December 24, 2016 Share December 24, 2016 Don't scare him lah. So far MI COE bidding record has be very good. There are some FNA owner got their COE at 10k more than the original based on price. Haha, thank brother, I am not worry at all, if cannot get, I can just gave up driving or look for cheaper car. The G-COE is only 1K more, but I never opt for it, all my previous car are all non-G, so just let it be 1
