care to share your experience?

since you have collected your car, i hope all is well now...

fortunately all is good now, after the eurokars MD step in to resolve the unhappiness.

K.T has made a grave mistake in written the color code wrong as printed on the brochures. I opted for light blue color and he wrote in VAS "deep crystal blue mica". He did not realised is was printing error and ordered that color for me.

1 month later, mazda change the color coding in their web. In fact, the light blue is known as dynamic blue mica.

In the midst of resolving, that 2 clowns refused to admit their mistake and James force me to collect the car otherwise i will be charge over parking in mazda. James has shown no sincere in resolving this matter and acted in a hooligan way. Till now, there is not a single apologize from them unlike the MD, who apologize sincerely.

So guys out there please dont be caught in this situation like me with these 2 clowns.

does that mean you have to accept the "wrong " colour in the end?

there are about 10 colours least for mz2.. how i chose was by the actual sample colour plate shown.

who is the MD ah? maybe can keep for reference.. or send him a email for a very nice product lol..

both colors are the same (light blue). Mazda made a grave mistake in color coding.

I told kieve Tan that I want i want the light blue and he wrote "deep crystal blue mica (pic in the left)" in VAS.

In fact, light blue is actully know as (dynamic blue mica, the pic in the right).

deep crystal blue mica is actually dark blue color not light blue.

does that mean you have to accept the "wrong " colour in the end?

MD is a very thoughtful and customer-orientated lady, lay ling.

If not because of her sincerity in helping me, I would have brought this case to state court.

They told me they can't change the color since is registered with LTA, I guess this is bulls**t.

wah bro, didnt know of such implications. but i saw ur screenshot - both colors like same n like only change was name / code.

color-wise i like the metallic brown (unsure the actual name) but maybe look too atas on mz2, while pearl white is getting kinda common n bland not to mention it requires more frequent maintenance.

It is a lesson learnt, need to be extra careful with sales man that you dont know well.

Maybe you would like to consider to try matching between the interior color and with exterior.

You are right. Dynamic blue mica is the real light blue. Best is to ask them to show a sample of the colour next time. I really like the blue though. Care to share some pictures of your ride?

mazda 2,3,6 all rear cluster lights design look dated compare to others.

Others like which models? Cos I find them nicer than most jap ones.

Until you switch them on, the lights pattern is very nice.

Mazda 2 is really a,nice car, makes me want to test the car after all the reviews.

Too bad my current situation requires me to have a larger and more family oriented car.

If I'm my younger self, ill definately shortlist this..
