I was there and I asked...se said it was optional to opt out of warranty to lower price

For the Premium Marques, I would suggest that it's not worth it to save on warranty..

If savings the last penny counts, there are alternatives, such as the Corolla or Mazda 3, and you can bet on forgoing the warranty..

Odd thing is, the 1, X1 and 2 series do not have cruise control or active safety features... rather odd..

Even the X1 will use a DCT GB from now on...

As long as no tap fuse.  PML has no ground to void warranty.
