Lala81 Hypersonic October 28, 2016 Share October 28, 2016 Try one and you'll know the difference. With manual brushing, your hands will get tired brushing up and down for all your teeth. With electric, you just guide the brush, and you can do 2 min (recommended) brushing easily. More important is to brush your teeth and your gums softly with a toothbrush with the soft bristles. I thought dental care in Singapore is blardy expensive, 3 out of 10 elderly can't afford it. actually i think many people just don't take care of their teeth. I see so many people with bad teeth everyday. Before i did this line of work, i used to think only my parent's generation will have bad teeth... ↡ Advertisement

Sosaria Twincharged October 28, 2016 Share October 28, 2016 In the past dentists never advise us to use soft bristle toothbrush to brush near the gum-line and avoid damaging the gums. This seems to be the standard advice these days. Then i wonder the medium and hard bristle brush is for what nowadays?? Soft bristle brush does not remove trapped food particles or plaque so thoroughly so must always follow by flossing.
Fuelsaver Supercharged October 28, 2016 Share October 28, 2016 hard bristles brush softer, soft bristles brush harder can anot? of cos if can test then find the proper ones would be best. Neutrino Supercharged October 28, 2016 Share October 28, 2016 And floss regularly. In UK they've recently stated that flossing does no use whatsoever. I use a Power Flosser myself http://www.philips.co.uk/c-m-pe/philips-sonicare-airfloss/dental-flosser It amazes me how much food it removes from the spaces between my teeth even when I've used interdental brushes similar to I wish this sort of thing had been available when I was young. I'd still have a full set of teeth.
