Hi SDF4786K,  the 20 bucks is actually a "giveaway deposit". Our management don't want member who register the giveaway then go no-show. So this is to make sure the member who have paid the $20 are keen about this giveaway. (of cuz, there may be chances that some still go no-show. But we are trying our best to prevent it!) 

 

Once you have tested the products and wrote a review in Product Guide, we will be contacting you for a token of appreciation.

We cannot really put lotsa emphasis on this sir. But usually we will help to liaise with the workshop if you are choosing within the list. But if it is your own workshop, we will take the liberty on this.

 

This giveaway is definitely a win-win for our sponsor and the members. They would like to receive genuine feedback of their engine oil, and at the same time, member can get to experience the Motul engine oil.

my feedback would be should tie up with only a few reputable workshop and agree on labour charge for the oil servicing. for oil filter, price range for different brand of cars is doable.

 

In the long run, if there are many such products which requires the expertise of a workshop, this tie up will benefit both parties as the workshop would also then get more exposure.

 

However, MCF would have to do their due diligence to ensure the workshop chosen is trustworthy enough and be ready to step in if there is a dispute.
