As long as P2 price their cars only a few $K below the KR and JP-labelled competition, they will not be deemed attractive for a MY-made car.

 

They will end up like how Proton did in SG.

There is only so much the they can reduce on their MYR-pegged OMV. The remaining bulk of the car's pricing is really ARF and COE.

 

The price of a MY car can thus be only so low ... beyond which, it's not sustainable for them any more to maintain their Opex and overheads!

How many in SG would buy a Chery QQ if it's only $5K below a Hyundai Accent or KIA Rio (say)?

We see how long they can last. Sales Dept sell too few cars. Marketing Dept did not make a bang with the new models. Service Dept do not have enough cars to service.

How much you want them to sell the bezza? 60k?

Competitve Package doesnt narrow down to only selling price. They could better the current in other areas. Go Google the definition of package if necessary.

Am I paid by Perocom to come up with their marketing strategy? If this qns is coming from a Staff of theirs, I will tell them off that they're not doing their job.

 

Some folks really expects to sit there to be spoon fed.

Looks like you do not know what you want in a competitive package. Anyway since you are not buying, we leave it at that. However if you sincerely want to buy, i am sure they can work something out for you.

FYI, one simple request of throwing in the leather seats as part of the deal was promptly rejected and ask to top up $800.

 

And yeah, maybe you are the lucky one that they work out sum thing for you.

I hardly went to showroom as I know I got a weakness in cars.

P2 is one of the first showroom that I ever went and it was the bezza launching.

 

to be frank, no one served me on that day.

I had to approach to the rep and see what can they offer..

and the reply I got, was very textbook answer. As per stated in the promo and nothing more.

$800 for the leather seats, while Malaysia selling much cheaper.. its way too expensive for me..

 

Maybe they feel I'm not serious, I wasn't dress well on that day.
