Strange sound from engine

Not endorsing anything here; I've used liquimoly ceratec and found that it seemed to reduced engine running noise. Was also looking for reducing tappet noise / clearance. But also concerned of workshops competency.

 

On aircon on bird noise, it's the blower motor bearing. Had it on my previous ride but warranty workshop mentioned was the dried leaves that settled in air chamber. Guess they not willing to spend time and cost to honor their warranty. I came to know about it when a few others with the same ride encountered the same issue and got the motor changed subsequently.
