I notice companies that start work at 8 am or 8.30 am

a lot of staff come in to pang sai during work hours.

Companies that start at 9 am a lot of staff will do it

at home. So join a company that start early, do your

business during work time and go home earlier.  [thumbsup]

Actually just wanna say. What is regular? I used to think as long as it's normal for you is OK. Like if you go once every two days normally that's normal for you.

But lately I tried less carbo high fat diet so I replace my rice with cabbages. OMG. Can go up to two times a day and volume is not small also. Makes me wonder if what I thought was "normal" was actually constipation.

Replace white rice with cabbage, i assume you eat alot of cabbage in place? That's alot of fibre compared to white rice.

In your point of view as a nurse, Os more than 3 times a day normal? Or one every 2 days even you eat a lot a day?

Cannot really answer that. Cos normal vary from one person to another.

Three times a day might seem a lot but like for me after eating mac with ice lemon tea I will have bowel movement so it can exceed three times a day. But it doesn't happen everyday (then again I don't eat mac everyday). In short, some people will just have bowel movement after a certain food or certain activity (usually running). So hard to comment cos what is not normal for one can be normal for another.

Once every two days even when one eats a lot again hard to comment cos how much motion comes out each time?

I guess the most important is whether there are a sudden changes to the number of times you pass motion, big changes to the amount of stool each theme you pass and the type of stools you pass (black?)

I THINK it's the ILT cos I eat different burgers with ILT and always have good bowel movement after that. I don't drink other drinks cos I don't like gassy drinks at all, milo not thirst quenching, ice green tea not as nice.....

But now I try not to go mac at all...

Good point in this post. But I think I will swear off ice cream forever.

Haha...

Anyway, a small stool is good enough.
