2 separate accidents involving cars hitting motorcycles while they were changing lane to the left to overtake stationary vehicle ahead of them...

South Buona Vista Road (99 bends) on Sunday mornings. Cyclists in groups doing a hill climb up a dual carriageway slope 2 abreast, with many blind corners. And have to share the road with SBS service 200 buses and cars on a narrow winding road. These cyclists are either very brave of very foolish as cars try to overtake them against oncoming downhill traffic. Towards the top, the less capable cyclists are wobbling from tiredness.

It is a wonder that no vehicle has run into cyclists there yet.

With services such as ofo, mobikes etc being easily accessible to the general public, these bikes can be ridden by anyone, mostly by folks with no driving licenses or teenagers. there are serious implications for drivers as these folks do not understand traffic regulations most of the time

As drivers, we need to pay extra attention to these group of road users, not by choice though

Must be fast and make quick and clear decision. Otherwise you will wait there forever. Especially turning out from minor to major road at uncontrolled junction.
