This article reminds me the demand of the elite training and the nutrition needed to sustain this sort of training. I remember reading the news some years back when that Michael Phelp eat 9000 - 12,000 calories a day during his Olympic training. My own scsm training in 2019, always ended my run at Punggol safra with a big mac meal with max upsized Coke and free safra sundae. That one don't know how calories, but I still , I really felt burnt out when training load hit the max.
