Disclaimer: I know nothing about watch, only using adidas digital watch daily

Sorry for intruding this thread with my peasant posting.. [lipsrsealed]

Anyone interested in Aviator F-series? Yes, the safra one as some may know. Honestly I don't think I have any use for it.

I humbly suggest u try selling it in Carousell...

Carousell is a reasonable medium to buy/sell but it also attracts fair share of flies, flyers and fryers etc

Lowballing, hardballing whatever, just take them in your stride.

Serves me ok so far leh.

I cant afford this but i personally find a clean Calatrava the epitome of PP.

Cheers

You sure can. Maybe you already have a handful of 4-5 digit Rolex that, individually, goes well above the value of my Patek. I have seen recent auction results of 1675, 1680, 5512/3 and daytonas that were through the roof. Even the 5-digits are doing extremely well. [thumbsup]

It's quite challenging to define Patek these days, with more rappers and younger clientele buying into their sports watches in recent years. Sports models aside, their perpetual calendar chronographs have always been very strong in auctions. Their cloisonné enamel world time are also very popular among serious collectors. Personally, other than the Ellipse and the Gondolo line, I love them all.   [inlove]

My 4 digit Rolexes are mostly valued only between $25k to $35k each.

Perhaps the solid gold and diamond zenith daytona about $50k

Complications PP in white gold should easily be $100k up right?

Their MSRP are above 50k, but should be much less if 2nd hand. Dress watches in general are not doing well in the used market, and that includes most Patek dressy pieces.
