Both bottas and Hamilton was not aware of MGU-K being tuned down. I have this thinking, maybe Mercedes are already trying out something to prepare for 2021 as from 2020 to 2021 is just some minor change. But Mercedes do not want others to know that they are already trying out 2021 version on this last race so just say tuned down MGU-K.
